Need abit of help finishing up a tune h22
Finishing a tune for a good friend of mine. Got it running great except for a few things. I have been out of the game for awhile and i am a bit rusty. Tunning on crome 1.5 (the free one) .
Heres a run down of the engine.
jdm h22a
type s pistons
crower stage 2 cams (stock ports)
skunk pro intake manifold /skunk tb (forget the size) Aem CAI
mugen header
apex ws2 exhaust with cat (takes all the fun out of it)
now there wa sno room for the iacv and it is currently hooked to the ecu but just tied to the fire wall. when cold (its been 30s here for the last few days) the car will not stay running on its own power. A/F readings are low 12 untill it warms up a bit then they bump up to high 13s and then when warm they sit at 14.7-15.2 on average.
Is there any conttrol over cold start on crome 1.5 , i though there was on older versions?
When warm the car runs great. solid 13.1-13.4 across the board on a 3rd gear pull.
Next is soot on the bumper. plugs are looking great and a nice brown coveage with no signs of detonation. but there is always soot out the back. my f20b accord was like this as well. is it just that the h22 like a bit more fuel? It does have a Cat .
Thanks in advance.

I don't know about the Free version of Crome. In Crome Pro there is an option to disable the IACV. It's under plugins/Misc. As for your rich cold idle issue. If you look under Tools/Advanced Tables (ctrl + L) you will see all of the ECT and IAT fuel compensation tables.
it only gives me IAT fuel comp. the ect ones read FALSE and wont let me do anything , i will try the iat and see if it helps.
thanks
thanks
no go , tried some new setting with iat temp and nothing. My friend is coming to pick up the car today and i have every thing else perfect but this.
I am out of ideas.
