Default Should I get an F22b instead...?

Cuz, I'm on a budget and the F22B is a little less expensive than an H23. So please, I need to know if I'll loose anything for getting a F22B instead of an H23?
Thank you.

Iron sleeves, F22 is boost friendly so if you plan to go boost an F22 is a better choice.

F22 is a better choice regardless of boost. Dont have to worry about it burning oil.... as much.

Thats why I have F20B for my Prelude.

ALthough shop is pissing me off, and may cause me to scrap the project.

Would you just use H23A1 cams?
Does the F22 use a smaller bore or less stroke than an H23A1?
