I just noticed I have two plugs behind my dash that don't go to anything, I noticed them when I dropped my glove box. They are both blue plugs with green insulation over them. one is 2p with what looks like a light blue, wht/red, and green/red wires. The other is 2p and looks like one black and one brown wire. What do these go to? BTW its a 95 DX hatch

 

I don't have a 5G to compare to here, but I know there's usually a 2P and 3P (iirc) on those cars that are together. The 2P is your jumper for checking CELs.

Colors seem to vary and sometimes they "plug into" a blue rubber cap.
