Default 1989 sedan lx

ok so first let me tell you what the car has ....
b16a on p28 ecu has a boomslang jumper harnes for dpfi to mpfi new injector ressistor, replaced dizzy, map checked all vacuum hoses, new spark plugs and wires, new fuel filter,

the problem is that it has really bad power loss at about 4500 rpm. it drives fine on normal driving or if your at a stop and rev it up but when you try to smash on it it when your actually moving it feels like your driving with the stock dpfi engine.... vtec doesnt kick very hard ive had b16a's before and it should be driving much much better, im at a loss as to what it could be oh and weve checked timing three times its dead on, oh and compression was at about 150 straight across, fuel pressure was at 57 any help i will be appreciated at this point i dont know what else to do so im willing to take any logical suggestions

Fuel pressure was at 57, but can your stock pump keep up with the B16 or maybe clog line somewhere's, Swap out ECU's with a buddy and pull any codes you might have. I had a similar thing happen to once. On your boomslang the instructions told you to merge all your injector yellow and brown??? something like that wires right? Make sure they are all connected properly. One of mines was of so I really only had 3 cyl and no codes>>>>

iv tried three different ecus 2 p28s and a p30 same issue the only code it throws is 02 sensor ive checked all wire connections... the thing is that at a stop the rpm picks up the way it should and you can hear vtec pop its just under a load the car seems like it falls on its face
