I see everyone cuts the bottom portion of the radiator support and keeps the factory top portion. For street comp would I have to keep the entire thing? Someone brought it to my attention saying my setup was illegal. The only thing i added was a crome moly bar under the top portion for support. Thanks for the input!

Nice I did not know this was legal, is it legal for the 67mm class too? This saves me from buying a full rad support for my JDM conversion I can just buy the top piece and roll with it

im having the same problem i have my jdm front and no support...but dont wanna spend 350 on a whole rad support and the intercooler is 12 in height and im sure im gonna have to cut the support..but im going with outlaw anyways...i cant run street..maybe i can just but the top piece and use hood pins for the hood..and not run the hood latch..

if you are going to run NSCRA T/S class then you must have the stock upper & side rad support there. it dosen't need to have the latch, just there should be no tubes on top if you tube it to brace or mount a rad ot intercooler that is fine. but must have a working headlight and bumper must mount to it. if you meet this you're good
