Please clarify what it is you want to do. Have you read the DIYs on this? There's a ton. If that doesn't answer your question then come back here to clarify!

Good luck - it's a fun conversion.

I did this conversion about a year ago on my 92 Si. The easiest thing to is to get the floor harness out of the car you got the doors from. You will need the factory driver door harness and the passenger door harness to make it the easiest and have factory wiring as well. I just got the entire floor harness from the local pull-a-part. I have not fully completed this mod as i have not removed the dash yet to remove the old harness and route the new power harness with the rest of the wiring. I completed this mod in less then an hour. the only wires i had to splice in were the speaker wires. As stated before I did not remove the dash to do this. Overall this is very simple. Make sure you have the relay for the power windows and place the fuses in the correct slots of the fuse box. If you need any more help or info let me know and I will do what I can to help answer any questions you may have. I think total cost I have in the conversion for everything is about $100. Here is the parts list I purchased.

Entire driver door $40
Entire pass. door $40
Entire floor harness and fusebox $20
I just unbolted the doors and purchased the whole thing glass included.

Ah, what you're asking isn't really clear. Can you provide a few pics of what you have? I'm happy to help when you do.
