i don't know if you can still call that a prelude, it shares almost no resemblance to my car. other than a few miscelaneous chassis pieces and the engine designation its a completely different car. i am impressed however that they kept it FWD.

because the weight still shifts and the wheely bars help keep the front wheels planted on the ground just like on a rwd but its for a different reason.. on rwd car its so it doesnt lift and cause a wreck, for a fwd car it keeps the front ones planted hard for good traction

good point about papadakis. and no i don't consider his car a civic. yea it has some civic parts on it or some variation of them but other than looking like one on the outside its really not. tell me what do you consider the NASCAR winston cup cars? certainly its not your every day chevy, pontiac or ford. think about your statement and what i meant by mine.

well half the body is original prelude and the motor came in the car off the production line... unlike most of the drag cars out now compared to stephan this car is more prelude then that is civic

thats tight...finally someone decided to use the preludes shell with the preludes engine..unlike all these other people who are using "civics" when all they are are preludes with other cars shells on them...i think thats awsome!

either way i just think its a bad *** car and i hope it does well because it might spark a little more market for the 4th gen prelude... because most of the time i see parts for the b-series cars that they dont make for the lude

It is front wheel drive. Those are traction bars, keeps the ***-end of the car from sagging during accelration, which keeps the weight from transfering to the back, and lifting the front-end up.
