Default zc on zex..

zc on zex!!
installing zex this weekend..
ill be running a 55 shot wit zex plugs,

when i plan to run the n2o i will retard the dizzy 2 degrees, bump up the fpr to 50 psi(more gas= more power and less chance of BBOOMM), and a msd window switch wit 3k and 6600 rpm pills(to prevent hitting rev limit..i tend to do it on accident)

so does this look like a pretty safe/fool proof setup..

also when i run it for the first time i want to check to see if im running lean or not..how soon do i need to check the plugs after i run it?? no a/f guages..

why are you setting the limiter at 6600? Do you still have the stock CRX ecu? Grab a 88 or 89 Teg's and take the limit up to 7600.

ill be running a 55 shot wit zex plugs,

when i plan to run the n2o i will retard the dizzy 2 degrees, not needed unless your advanced. just put it back to 0 (stock)
bump up the fpr to 50 psi(more gas= more power and less chance of BBOOMM),
yes and zex sucks if you have stock fuel, you get about a 35 shot
and a msd window switch wit 3k and 6600 rpm pills(to prevent hitting rev limit..i tend to do it on accident) why you driving like a momo then?

so does this look like a pretty safe/fool proof setup..
yes however nothing is 100% safe do a compression test and leak down test to see if you motor is up to it

also when i run it for the first time i want to check to see if im running lean or not..how soon do i need to check the plugs after i run it?? no a/f guages.. buy one, rich plugs have carbon deposits all over them, lean they're friggn white. you prolly wont lean out at all, after all this is a zex kit where it only sprays if there's fuel to do so
