for some reason when im driving my car when i shift to first gear its good but when i shift to 2nd gear it grinds and makes this horrible noise and all the other gears is good just 2nd gear it makes a noise what can it possibly be??

 

Your syncros are going out in 2nd. Most likely from snatching 2nd too hard.

 

More than likely it's what my fellow South Carolinian said. If it does it no matter how fast or slow you shift, it's probably the syncros.
