Default first post, need help. Clifford 50.5 on an 04 Pilot remote start problem

I installed a 50.5 on my pilot, went with a simple setup, arm, disarm, and remote start, no auxilaries. I got the arm and disarm working. the remote start is not working properly, I press the start button twice, the starter cranks and sounds like the engine is running, then it shuts off maybe 2-3 seconds. tries to restart two more times with the same outcome. I tried to get it to "learn" the tach by starting it with the key and holding the button until the light comes on, but the light never comes on. I tried switching the jumper on the module for the tach threshold and tried learning the tach again but it still never light up. Any ideas? any help would be appreciated.

You tagged the wrong tach signal. re check your tach source.

I tapped into the tach test point, I havent checked it with a meter yet but, i am using the single blue wire that was loctated under the airbox, lower side of the driver fender. Is there another tach point i can use? Thats the only one I have been able to find info on. Thanks.

figured out another wire to use, It was in the drivers kick panel area, by the fuse box.
