isnt it next to the oil pressure sensor by the alternator then? ( 92-93 block's /obd1 have temp/FAN switch by the radiator hose Neck by the Dizzy instead of the back of the block like the 90-91 b18a1's) a green round one? or maybe obd-0 integra 90-91 b18a1 didnt have knock sensors?? Im not sure on this now maybe only obd1 had knock sensors
use one of the alternator bracket holes,
Using a 10.9 mm drill bit, opened up the hole on the bracket and the block. Then carefully tap the hole with a 12 mm x 1.25 thread pitch tap. Be sure to clean up the shavings and then screw the knock sensor. This will keep your ECU from throwing any codes ( taken from C-speed)

It wont look for knock if you tell it not to. Just run Hondata s200 or even 100 and it'll allow you to delete the knock sensor as a whole.
