He needs an OBD1 P0A ECU from a 94-95 Accord EX VTEC. Also needs to be the same transmission he has in his car. If he has an auto trans, he will need an auto OBD1 P0A ECU. If he has a 5sp manual trans, he will need to find a manual OBD1 P0A ECU.

It shouldn't be that hard to find, they aren't rare. Call your local junk yard or check on ebay, craigslist or H-T for sale threads.

I found 1 on ebay. 94-95 Accord P0A-A01 M/T ECU

Not the header/manifold, the F22B1-2 heads have a 0-00-0 port spacing where the H & F22A head exhaust ports are 0-0-0-0 evenly spaced.

Bisi makes a nice header for the F series, not sure how much the B1 header would run. But he sells most of his headers between $600-$1000. Anything in the $300-$500 range would be a good investment for a header. I have a Ractive header that cost me $400 7 years ago and it's still in pretty good condition. It's a Tri-y setup with the longer primaries. Most of the crap you buy on ebay is made of thin walled poor quality stainless (if it's stainless at all) you want to stay away from that stuff if you can.

If you are on a budget you should try and find the 4-2-1 exhaust manifold and down pipes from a 94-95 Ex Accord. It's going to work as good if not better than most of the cheap ebay crap.
