I have a 98 CRV w/ just at 200k miles, here is what it does lmk what you think

-In park its fine
-In drive it shakes a little
-Driving its ok (atleast i dont notice anything)
-Sitting still with the blower on it shakes a little
-Turn the AC on car shakes REAL bad


any idea why turning on the AC would make the car shake?

 

the engine? while its running/idle?
motor mounts?


does the engine runs smooth?

 

It's probably the motor mounts.

 

I'd look closer at your harmonic balancer since the shaking increases as the load on the motor increases.

 

just replaced all the mounts, thats what i thought it was...
