i dunno if this has been asked.
i just got a 93 delsol with a b18c1.
i went to start it after putting a new headgasket on it.
never heard it run before cause obv the head was off. well got it all back together and first start up it fires but its taking like 3500rpm then after like 5-10 sec it will drop to like 900 then goes right back up. can anyone tell me the opinion on my problem.what should i do

sticky throttle body? butterfly? thats what mine was. maybe vacuum line....
