you need to drill it out. not very hard if you have the header towards the front of the engine. Go to an auto zone, pepboys, sears... and get a tapping set. These sets have bits you can hook up to your drill that will grab on to your broken bolt and pull it out. They use reverse threads.... not very hard, just be carefull not to mess up the threads on the engine side. You need to drill a hole through the middle of the broken bolt.
I'm goign to assume that the stud is broken off inside the head. If this is the case, the kit you are looking for is called an easyout or screw extractor. The kit comes with a drill bit and reverse threaded screw. Buy the kit small enough to fit the stud you broke and your good to go.
Now if you remove the header and there is a bit of the stud sticking out. You can use a pair of vice grips to remove it.

thanks for the replies. the stud is what snapped but due to my bad luck streak, it snapped where i cant grab it with vice grips. went ahead and just orderd the easy out kit and a tap an die set.(been needing one) now its just a waiting game. gonna be a long week. thanks again guys.
