Default Integra springs on a civic

Hey guys got posibbly a dumb question but I aquired a set of h&r sport springs for a 94-01 non type r Integra an I have a 95 civic ex coupe an was wondering if they would work on my car? The part number on the springs is 50145 if they don't then I have a set of springs for sale haha

np. good luck. remeber to use a spring compressor when changing your stock springs or they will go shooting out on you. scary

Yea my bro in law has one I helped him with his maxima so I got an idea of how it will go an I guess these weren't that bad of a junkyard find lol

No they will not. I have done this many times without a compressor. The springs pop like 6 inches out and stop. They will not come flying out like everyone seems to think. Spring compressors can be difficult to use on honda springs due to how close the coils are to each other. Im not saying to not use one, but they will not come shooting out at you.
point them away from you and anything important, It's much easier to do with a impact.

yeah front coils are a bitch with a compressor...they can shoot pretty good...just hold your foot on the spring while you loosen the hat and let er rip into a box or something to catch all the "bits" that come with it

Just loosen the top hat and center bolt with them installed in the car, then jack it up and remove everything. Reinstall in reverse order. Done this numerous times and works like a charm.

Im sure they will work, integras and civic parts, are practicaly interchangeable..
heck, I have prelude struts and springs on my del sol... ofcourse, I had to cut a coil.. but of course Im also using integra knuckles..

Well trial an error is the only an best way to learn something new thanks for all the tips guys Ima buy new struts an not even bother with the stockies I have over 200k on the ticker an not sure if the struts were ever replaced so now is as good of time as any
