Default cel code 41

ok guys got this fault code up which means primary oxygen sensor heater circuit malfunction.
swapped the 02 sensor and this cured the problem, until now. had a new sensor on and the same fault has come up after only a day. been given some vague advice that it might be a fuse.

does anyone know which fuse it is i am looking for as my fuse panel labeling is in japanese. i am not getting poor economy and i have been told the heater circuit is not important after the engine is warm.

any information is greatly appreciated
