there something about the rear end of this car that makes it look pretty ugly. might be the big chrome piece, the euro taillights or the giant doubledecker wing?

If I wanted a torsion beam axle in the rear I would get a Fit.

40 000 British pounds = 62 060 U.S. dollars

I would call you insane if you bought that.

Yeah, I love Hondas but I couldn't justify that kind of money. Not on a torsion beam rear end, FWD car...not when an S2K can be had for far less...not when an NSX can be had...or a Cayman.

Can you imagine the kind of hatch you could build for $62k? I mean $10k gets you a pimped out Kswapped EG. $20k would get you a imported EK-R with a K...who's spending $62k on a honda civic?

Yeah it's just crazy. Plus it looks pretty bad IMO. I much rather build an old car to be nuts for the price of a cheapish new car like you say.

If I wanted a torsion beam FWD car, I'd buy a 2010 Cobalt SS TURBO.. . Make up for a shatty suspension with Straight away power.. .
