Default One engine cylinder out?Whole cylinder head need to be change?

so i bought a used crx si runs good but the guys said one of the engine' s cyclinder head is out,is that easy to changed...or my best bet is just buying a used cylinder head at a junkyard...any suggestions...this is goin to be my project car too dropping a b16a sir 1 motor in when i get the money saved up

if the guy told you "one of the engines cylinder head is out" then he's an idiot and that doesn't even make logical sense. there may be a given cylinder that is out of round, but that has nothing to do with the head. and unless he had the engine apart there is no way he would know if any given cylinder was out of round.

you say it runs good, so why would you want to tear it apart? does it burn oil or something?

lol ya he doesnt know much about his car,i just a got text from him saying that his friend said its in the engine and he said one cylinder is out...
any suggestions...

rebore and re hone.

A cylinder out? Could be the piston rings. I would get a "good mechaninc" to run a leak down.

could be a bent valve also./

so imma just get a new engine guys from hmo something descent until i get my b16.. would this fit in my crx? cause if i just try to fix the problems imma come across alot of problems

yea plug and play. You will need a upper rad hose from a 1988-89 integra and possibly switch 2 wires going to the distributor.
