Default Sticky throttle body

Ok so I am useing a b16 throttle body on a y8 manifold. I cleaned it out before installing it and lubed it up a little hopeing it would help, well no it still has the problem. I have to push the throttle hard to get it unstuck to drive. It use to be worse but that's when I lubed it thought it would help turnin the adj screw for the stop up some but no it didn't. Reset the tps and well no now I have to punch the pedal to free It up and it's good to go but I don't like that at all!! Not mention but when I depress the brake the idle goes up a little but that's not the problem. Any ideas for me to try would be sweet thanks for looking!!

you have to completely take apart the throttle body. butterfly shaft and all. what i did was sandthe actual housing and the butterfly with some fine grit sand paper and put everything back togeather, worked fine for me after that

Depends where it is binding.

If it is binding in the shaft, you have to take it apart and lube that.

If it is binding because the butterfly is hitting the housing you can lightly sand it so it doesn't stick. This may require you to readjust your idle if you sand too much.
