'94 Civic hatch SRS sensor location
Hey everyone,
I found my first Honda, a 1994 Civic hatch, back last fall. When I bought it, the SRS light was on and I didn't think too much about it. Well, now that it's been almost half a year, I am getting sick of seeing that red light on all the time.
I've done a bit of reseach about the SRS light and found the procedure to reset the thing. Unfortunately, this doesn't work. I also tried a known-to-be-good SRS module and the light still remains on.
So, my question is: where is the SRS dash "crash" sensor? I have the factory service manual and it doesn't help much. Google and forum searches haven't helped either. I've pulled up a bit of the carpet and sound deadening and still can't find it. Can someone help me with some pictures or a detailed description?
Thanks!

should be 2 of them, one in the floorboard in the pass side, one on the driver side. there where your feet would go if you stretched out. I have a complete est I just removed form my del sol if you need it. The sensors, wires and module for 50 shipped. I was going to throw it up on egay today, but if you need it I'll make you a deal. PM me.
Good idea. I'll check that.
I do believe the car was in an accident at one point though. The front fender looks like it has been replaced. I suspect that the sensors are tripped and need replacement.
