Default civic motor swap

i have a 1990 civic hatchback and i wanna put a prelude h23a i understand i need the trans to but with the motor mounts and bolts for the trans am i biting off more then i can chew

what else would i need and will it be worth it in the end im under the impression that prelude motors are very fast if it wont work what motor will make my car quick and not kill my walet

go some research. then come back and ask for actual technical help. there is plenty of info out there, dont be a lazy ***, because its not going to be handed to you.


but first and for most look up "DPFI to MPFI" since i think your car will be a dx or std model.

Civic dream..... Well im more of a B series guys but from what i understand..

The H22 and h23 isnt good for acceleration its better for top end...

....If u really wanted a H series build a H2B.... they are good all around.... but takes time.... do research on it if that wat u wanna do dont no nothin about them just seena couple race
