Default removing car starter stuff viper 5900

ok so my 95 integra sedan has a viper 5900 alarm/car starter installed.. and it was installed very poorly. I want to remove the car starter and rewire everything Nicely and possibly rewire the brain of the alarm somewhere else. I have installed a viper 560xv into my old 95 integra sedan before. The harness for the car starter looks the same. They used T Taps to to tap the wires on the ignition harness and its super ghetto. So my plan was to remove the taps and solder and heat shrink the ignition harness so i dont run into problems in the future. What do i need to do?

if you dont want the remote start to work, dont hook up your neutral safety switch, dont wire the acc, ign 2 on the heavy gauge relay pack. only red(12v), green(starter key side) and purple(starter side), and pink solid(IGN)

yeah it does, i figured it's the same. Well tonight i finished up my k swap into my car but now the fuel pump won't prime or turn on. I got frustrated and ended up unplugging the brain from the car connected a wire back to each on the ignition harness that was tapped, but still no budge. Would me ripping out the alarm that way affect the fuel pump not to turn on or not prime.....i did hardwire the pump and it does indeed work and start the car. Main relay also does click. BLAH
