Stay away from NAPA. Been there done that and they were cracked within a year.

Just get some from an online OEM retailer. I recommend www.hondapartsdeals.com .... majestic honda (www.hondaautomotiveparts.com) has gone downhill lately.

OEM or MOOG ONLY. had verry little luck with anything of lesser quality. you can do the ball joints yourself. not all that hard. or you can brake down the front end and take it to a shop just for labor. either way is good.

autozone/advanced/orileys never lasted more than 30k miles, and i drive 100k a year.

I really like the MOOGs. They have better boot design than oem. If you do MOOG tie rod ends, they're greaseable, which is nice too.

How do you go about replacing these yourself? I need to do this on my car.

definitely Mood. You can rent a press tool from Autozone or use a press. I use the tool from Autozone (with the Honda adapters you must ask for) and in impact wrench. The impact wrench makes it a million times easier and no need for a vice. Just make sure to grease the tool and wear old clothes and safety glasses...grease will get slung around.

OEM ball joints. It cost around $40 at a machine shop to get them to change them. If you don't already have the tools and knowledge just have a pro do it. They can usually do a 30min turn around.

i agree, if you dont have the know how, have a shop do it. you can break down the front end and keep all the labor for yourself.
