Default Does anyone make a plug?

I am doing a wire tuck on my sol and am deleting the heater at the same time. Does anyone know the thread pitch of the fitting so I can order a plug, or does anyone make a plug for it?

Whats menards? I went to Fastenal this morning and they said it might be a British pipe thread, but couldn't tell for sure. Don't want to start guessing and ordering crap until I know for sure.

menards, home depot, ace hardware. idk what your hardware stores are where you are.

but usually they have a little jagged tool with differnt thread pitches and sizes. you just lay the bolt on to it till the jagged edges fit perfect and thats the thread size.

I would, but I still have to find out the pitch for the fitting to do that.

Just run down to home depot. Find something that screws onto that. Then find something to screw into that. Maybe try your trans. fill plug. Might be the same size and pitch.

I can't help on the thread pitch, but what about just looping the line? Run it from that spot to where the heater hose goes to when it comes out of the heater.

It's not *quite* as clean, but it's much simpler.
