Default Serious Nitrous with Turbo question...

This is just an idea, but i am pondering the thought of adding nitrous to my current set up, reducing intake temperatures by 75 degrees is always a plus. I should be dynotuned next friday and hopefully ill be putting down 400 to the wheels. I run the hondata 4b with a FULLY built motor and im not very familiar with how it runs its ignition and fuel curves for turbo with nitrous. I would imagine i need a different chip setting for just turbo and a diff for the turbo + nitrous, correct? As far as a set up, a wet set up with direct port is the way to go from the searching ive done. Does anyone have first hand experience with this set up? Like i said, this question is more out of curiosity rather then it being a possibility.

I have used single fogger and direct both work well but for different apps. If going with high boost (like 20psi+) or want extra safety go with direct. However i have used a sinnle fogger running high boost and it worked well. At the end of the day ive been told that with direct port's even distribution you are prob. safer.

Wet setup is always the way to go....should be easier to work out the fuel delivery for also in conjunction w/turbo.

My last motor i was running a 120 shot on top of 22 psi and it was a tuning nightmare. I ended up scraping the nitrous after destroying my bottom end. A larger turbo is the way to go.

have you considered the intercooler sprayer? it takes intake temps down A LOT and you dont run the risk of spraying it into your engine. i think nitrous express has a kit.

What engine management were you running while trying to tune the nitrous and turbo? I dont particularly like nitrous that much, i think it is cheap horsepower but it does has its advantages for a turbo application. yes it also has its disadvantages.

yeah Dan i had the nawwwwzzz. I ended up selling it to a guy on the board actually, itr206 (very cool guy, he even has a type r). It was sweet, NOS Pro Rage Fogger. If anyone is looking for a kit that is the one to get, it is excellent.
