its already honed, and im getting ready to order a set of ACL race bearings. honesetly id rather stay N/A if i can.

 

it would have to be an absolutely nasty n/a build to pull off 200hp. be a lot easier to build it stock and then run a few psi of boost on a smallish turbo.

If Jesus Christ HIMSELF helped you build an all motor D-series you would have trouble hitting 200whp, and he would still be telling you it's a stupid idea the whole time.

 

ok ill order some vitara pistons then and piece together a decent turbokit. only asking cause i already have the motor apart and can go any direction at this time.

 

You can easily double your hp with a turbo for less than it would cost to go n/a at 200whp. Even then, a 200whp n/a d16 isn't going to be very streetable.

 

You can get 200 hp out of it, perhaps even 200 whp.
