Default Good deal for 96 civic ex???

Hey guys im very new to this honda scene. I just got done looking at this 96 civic ex, everything on the vehicle works fine on the vehicle. It has some body damage on the right right behind the door. It has a rebuilt title due to theft, the body got messed up (i carfaxed the car). I drove it today and it drives like a honda, nice and smooth, shifts easy, and everything works. The guy is selling it for 2000 and im going to throw cash down, Tell me what you think.

I need opinions. This is a clean lookin honda ex except for the slight body damage. Inside is immaculate and so is the engine bay. Just hesitant on it. He's owned the car for 5 years and babied it since.

Yeah looks like a good deal.

If you can fix the damage professionally then the car would look perfect.

Seems like a good deal, Specially if you plan on keeping it for a while.

The only down side is, might take you some time to sell it in the future .

But for that price, hard to get a descent car with good mpgs , etc

do it for 1850, and call it a deal, ask if strictly cash is okay, and make sure title is properly filled out, if owner talks about needing to get the title from someone else, walk away, if owner trys to raise price all of the sudden they are getting money hungry, other then that drop to 1850 so you have money to get new plates and title transfer. good luck on the buy

That car looks like a pretty good deal to me. I've heard Maaco is actually pretty good for what you pay there.
