1995 Honda Civic HELP PLEASE !!!!!!!!
My starter works. My battery works. I CANT jump start it. But it does not make any sound when I turn the key. The lights work. It is NOT a battery problem.
It is somewhere between the ignition and the starter. Somebody said it might be an ignition relay or a starter relay. Is that true? & where is it at? Thanks so much in advance!!!
