Default H22 Cooling

I just got my H22 into my accord. It runs fine but some times
the engine temp rises above normal levels. I was thinking about replacing
the radiator since it has 140 thousand miles on it. Do you think this will
help and do you have any suggestions on how to better cool the motor.

It's full length, there are two fans next
to each other. I think they may have
stopped coming on. I'm gonna check
it out today.
