Default Oil In Cylinder #2, Any Input Will Help

I have a 1991 Crx Si with a ZC Sohc engine and everything stock but intake and headers...

I drove home on a Friday night, and went to start up my car on Monday. It wouldn't start so I pulled a plug to check spark and my 16mm socket was covered in oil as well as the inside of the spark plug on the threads and spark area as well.

I'm not sure what the deal is, I'm assuming it's a cracked head or something, any input would help here guys. Thanks!

all the oil above the plug is due the spark plug tube seal in the valve cover leaking. not a big deal or expensive to replace. and its probably why oil also got down onto the threads and even electrode of the plug. i think the car not starting is more likely an issue not relevant to the oil you found.

Thanks for the input. I will replace that seal and try again. It has spark and gas so I will update when I fix the seal.
