From what I've seen/read for the 94-97 the factory bracing is more than sufficient and a lower tie bar is superfluous. I would imagine the 98-02 is similar, so the product may not even exist. If it did probably like DC Sports would have them.

i've looked pretty closely at the sub-frames and bracing on the 98-02 and they are pretty stout pieces, the front is improved over the 94-97 and the rear is all-together better than previous models.

most bracing on the underside will only serve to take up space and add extra weight. the front upper strut bracing could be swapped for the CL/TL full brace.. or modified as such. and the rear upper bar added if parts are available (or fabricated)..

i don't know everything it came one, but i know i've seen it on Acura Cl and maybe TL, around the same year as the 98-02 accords. if i understand correctly they all shared the same basic platform/chassis architecture.

i just found this pic on google, 3.2 CL with the strut bar or brace. if you recall the 98-02 accord has two curved braces between the strut towers and the firewall. the part on the CL has the same two pieces with the bar you see welded to them.

EDIT: i just thought to check hondapartsunlimited.com

#22 in the image, front strut brace about $50 new..! part #74180-SOK-A00

and to the OP: that rear subframe in the image is the same for the accord. you can see why you wouldn't need a tie bar.
