h22 connecting rod #s

Default h22 connecting rod #s

i bought a jdm h22a the guy that i bought it from had taken it completly apart and he didn't marked the pistons from the cylinders they came from, so i need to find out what piston and rod belongs to what cylinder the only thing that i see is #s in between the con rod and the caps two of the rods say G2 and the other two G3

Easiest way is to do new rings and bearings. If that has already been done, then you will need to do some measuring.

You should have the rods and pistons all measured and then match them up accordingly so they all have the same total height (i.e. some of the rods may be longer than others, but some of the pistons may have a shorter compression height, so you match them up so everything has the same overall height). If you don't have the tools, bring it to a machine shop and have them do it.
