Default integra with high spring rates and it still bottoms out, what spring rate do I need?

I have a dc4 (coupe) with koni yellows and ground control coilovers. I have 400f and 320 rear but just changed to 550f and 400 rear. My dc is pretty low and actually rides good on the highway but when it comes to little dips and small holes in the highway my car bottoms out like crazy!!!!!!!!!!! Im not sure yet if its the upper control arms or the struts bottoming out, i havent had the chance to see if the upper control arms are hitting (there old skunk2 adjustable by the way).

I dont really care about ride quality, I just hate hearing my car bottom out like crazy everywhere i go.

How stiff of the spring rate would you guys recommend?

Are you sure the suspension or UCA's are actually bottoming out or hitting the shock towers?

I used to run 380 lb. GC springs up front, at the ride height shown below and I had no problems at all, even on rough roads (and there are plenty of those around here). My shock towers have no dents in them at all.

my integra is probally 1/2 inch lower than that one ^^^^^. Its also on 15" wheels and the majority of the tire is in the fender well.

I run 205/45-16 tires, and I had stock UCA's. Also stock top hats.

Be sure your bump stops are cut in half.

wait, what does the top hat have to do with camber? Stock or aftermarket top hats will not affect camber in any way, shape, or form.
