I just completed a D16Z6 swap but I had to use a stock CX harness. almost everything fit but their is a green connector behind the distributor that is left out. I was wondering if anyone knew what it was. My car runs but the radiator will not kick on. I'm thinking it the thermostat. can someone shed some light?

 

Green connector behind distributor is the VTEC selenoid plug. Shoudln;t have anything to do with fan not coming on.
