Default Cant figure out a scraping noise coming from RF tire

I have a 06 acura rsx-s. About a week ago. My RF wheels started making this metal on metal scraping noise. I dont think its the brakes i replaced those about 4 or 5 moths ago. Also when i brake it doesn't change the noise at all. Theres also no really repetitive time that it happens. The only thing that changes is the slower i get the slower the scrap gets. Please help im trying to sell this car and i need it gone.... thanks

Stock wheel and tires? Stock suspension?

Have you pulled the wheel off to look for rub marks?

dust shield located behind the rotor. push on it to bend it away from the rotor.

could also be gravel stuck between the rotor and brake pad. If so, moving the car for forward and backward a few times usually get rid of that problem.
