It is possible to get a kit for that much but you won't be running 18-22 lbs with just the kit. In order to run that you need a good engine managment system(ie Hondata, AEM, Electromotive, etc) and a built block.( new pistons, rods, sleeved, seals, machining, etc.) A stock block is not going to hold that much boost for very long. So you are going to be looking at a much higher cost if you want to run that much boost.

Make your own turbo kit. It is way cheaper. I plan on doing that also for my DX hatch also. You will save alot of money also. Besides that the turbo kits usually have bullshit engine management not designed for high boost. Since you have a VAFC get DSM 440 injectors a drag manifold or equivilent, t-3/4 hybrid, some kind of FMIC, make some charge pipes, get a MSD 6 BTM and build the living dog **** out of your bottom end and port the head. For the HP numbers your are wanting it would be more easily attainable with a b18 or b20. Do a search on turbo, and just chill in the FI forum. Try to absorb as much info as possible. Oh yeah this I found quite helpful. http://www.homemadeturbo.com
I went to importbuilders.com and they seem to have some pretty good deals on built blocks. or should I just build it myself? if so what pistons, rods and sleves should i use?
Thanks
Thanks
Yeah, importbuilders have some really nice blocks for sale. My suggestions are to talk to as many people as possible and learn as much as you can before you jump in headfirst.
Suggestions:
Pistons: JE
Sleeving: Golden Eagle
Rods: Eagle or Crower
Crower rods are much more expensive than the Eagle rods but both can handle lots of power.
