Default HELP ME WITH TURBO SET UP

i have a 94 del sol with a b163 in it and i recently ran into some money.
here is what i was thinking: im looking to get round 250 hp as a daily driver.

-Drag Generation 3 turbo kit
kit comes with:
-autometer boost guage & air fuel gauge, apexi turbo timer, ngk spark plugs, blox map bypass.

what else would i need a hondata and get it tuned?is there anything cheaper? would a V-afc work? also should i buy a boost controller?

for the exhuast i was thinking skunk 2 or greddy evo

also i want to run boost around 8 psi would i need to get my block sleeved or a block guard? how much does that cost or can a stock b16 handle it without anything?

give me some options! im new to turbo thanks

i dont know if a greddy kit designed for a 2000 civic would bolt on to your car with NO problems. im sure there would have to be some modification as far as the turbo piping. as far as what all is included in the kit, you would find out when you look up the specific kit. some come with the intercooler but obviously for more $$. as far as tuning, YES, it is recommended you take it to an experienced tuner if you want it to run right and not blow up, after all going turbo costs a nice chunk of change and the last thing you want is a blown motor. the tuning will also depend on the power you are trying to achieve. if youre looking for some high numbers on a daily driver (275+hp) you would be best with Hondata IMO, if youre looking for a conservative amount of power (200whp range) then you can get away with the Emanage it comes with or go with a VAFC . there are many other ways to choose to tune it but in the end it all comes down to the $$ you have to spend on the project. if you want a lot of power on a daily driven RELIABLE car then youre looking at a good amount of time AND money. its like i tell many people: You
