is there any real info on the 2011 Si? i've glanced around the forum and did some googling, but found nothing tangible. my best friend works at Honda in Marysville. he works in the sales department or something in the head shed, has something to do with figuring the price off all the parts, down to the nuts and bolts, he does a lot of traveling. i asked him about it when i was home on R&R, he didn't know much, but said they were re-doing the design, how much or how dramatic he didn't know, and it should be more powerful. just wondering, since the new model year starts selling later in the year of course, but haven't heard anything on it yet?

As for 2011's to my understanding, it's simply going to be a continuation of the 8th gens with LCI.

 

What exactly is LCI?

 

Life cycle impulse. In other words it is the mid model refresh.

 

and by that what do you mean LCI? like will it look different just a little bit? i was considering actually getting a Si but I'm kinda waiting on the '11 to see how they look unless it'll be the same then i'll probably look for a used 06+ lol

well i guess not, i googled some more and found out it wasn't till 2012 that there will be a makeover and maybe some power improvements. and i think that's what my buddy said to. i get the years mixed up.
