Default 17's on ef

will 17's fit on my hatch with out any problems?? i searched. and i don't want any smart a$$ comments just whether or not they'll fit with out modifications. thanks alot.

They fit... but they will rub if you have any passengers in the car or take a nice abrupt turn.

Mine never rub and I can fit about 1 finger and a"half" between my fender and tire

how about 19's in the front and 24's in the rear?

ALRIGHT ALRIGHT !!! you all caught me.. this was my old CRX back in 99. It has a 5 lug conversion too

i got a set of 17" SSR CP-0's w/ 195/45 and they dont rub at all. i only dropped my car 1.5" and it is a nice perfect fit without rubbing. like i said it all depends

Probably not. How far are you dropping your car?

I put the 1.7" Eibach Sportline Springs on mine. When I put the wheels, Konig 17X7" with 205/45/ZR17s, the side wall of the tire and the rear fenders where in line vertically. So I had to go to a really good body shop and have the guy pull the rear fenders out. Cost me $400 but the fenders are perfect know ripples or dimples and they are alot stronger then if I had just cut out the supports for the fenders.

I had 17x7 with 215/40R17 with no rubbing but the offset was 45mm which is the same as your stock wheels. Offset is the most important thing to check to determine whether your gonna rub.

so iwth a 1 inch drop and 17x7 with 45 offset i should be ok?? thanks everybody
