Default Question about aggressive cams?

Is it true that if i use an aggressive cam with all stock internals, i have to adjust the valves every couple months or so? And if i do, can i avoid this by buying stronger springs and retainers? I ask cause i'm thinking of buying an aggressive cam and all my internals are stock. I'd hate to adjust my valves every few months, i don't even know how to do it.

i dont think you'll have to do it very often... about upgrading springs and retainers thats more if you get a cam that makes power at higher rpms than your stock vavletrain was designed for.

I know that this doesn't answer your question, but you are supposed to adjust the stock valvetrain every 15,000 miles anyway

So what you're saying is that if i get a pretty aggressive cam geared for top end power, i need to upgrade to stronger springs and retainers or can i get by with stock ones? And is adjusting the valves really hard? How do you do it?
