Default valves, valve springs + retainers

Which companies make reputable products, and what are all the advantages of adding these to my b16a?

the advantages of these are less wear and tear, allowing your engine to rev quicker and higher.

Less wear and tear?? Rev Quicker?? Sorry, but that's not true. Actaully if you put aftermarket springs it will put more wear and tear on your cams. And it wont let u rev quiker It will let you rev higher, but u dont need it, unless u have a bigger cams. And as the advantages.....Valves=Are made stronger, some can raise compression a bit, and some are coated, and might be lighter(not needed in ur case IMO) springs= lets u rev higher(no needed if u have stock cams) Reatiners= they are made of titanium, and will not break(i would get these ) hope this helps.

well kind of. if what ever cam you have in your car makes power beond redline and youd like to use that power, upgrade the valve train. even if you dont its some nice over rev protection against a mis shift, a bad down shift etc.
