Just to avoid any future confusion, the F23 was not produced until the '98 model year, and it powered the Honda Accord and Acura 2.3 CL. It was never available in the Prelude. Preludes in those years came with either an F22, H23, or H22.

The F22 and H23 both have a stroke of 95mm, or 3.740 inches.
The F23 has a 97mm stroke, or 3.818 inches.
