Hey guys I have a question. Is the VSS on a d16y8 and b16a2 the same (interchangeable)? I ask this because I just found out that my b16's VSS is bad. (My speedometer is acting like it's being possessed, I have a CEL and my car is running like crap). I have my old d16y8 and am wondering if I can use the VSS from that and put it on my b16a2. Anyone know? Thanks for your time.

 

I was just looking at some threads recently that stated there are several differences between the two. Do a quick search and you should find it.
