ok so my buddys got a 97 cl with an auto F22B1 in it, his trans is starting to go and i came across this b20 auto trans

You would have to purchase an F to B adapter kit, just buy a F series one.

 

That's interesting. I didn't know there were F/H to B adapter plates for auto transmissions. I've only known of the H2B kits for Civic's and Integra's with manual transmissions. Who makes them?

 

Ah **** he did say Auto didn't he?

I skipped over that, I know they exist for manuals. I would imagine since the Auto to 5spd conversion doesn't require too much special work there the adapters might work.

 

Swap it to a five speed! It will be more reliable anyway.
