Auto B-series anything is not going to work in that chassis. There are no compatible mounts, and no one makes aftermarket ones that i'm aware of either so you need to fab up your own. You have to cut the frame rail to clear the automatic transmission case. And even once thats all said and done there really isn't a proper ECU to run the automatic transmission properly. It can be done, but if you have to ask you wont be getting it done. 99.9% of the swaps like this that have been attempted never worked right. My advice, since you asked would be an automatic D16Y8 swap from a '96 - '98 EX automatic.

they do make auto tranny mount, ive seen a couple of them on ebay. putting the motor in is not the bad part. the bad part is wiring the car to run right. since the civic doesnt come with TCM and the integra does, your going to have to rewire everything all up and see if it will shift properly for you. my advise is dont do it if you dont know what your doing. ive done 2 JDM B18C1 swap into a auto EG and EK and trust me it took me a long time to have it to run and shift how its suppose to be... all i got to say is good luck with that...

Civic ECU is going to run that B18B really lean. And you'll be unlikely to find anyone equipped to chip OBD2 ECUs.

It just uses the ECU. The integra has an entire seperate computer for the automatic transmission.
Again as I said there aren't even any mounts for this, to whoever posted that they've seen them before please post a link. And no automatic integra mounts don't work in an EK. If you want a swap that actually works properly where everything bolts up and theres minimal wiring do one of the following:
- '96 - '98 Automatic D16Y8 -> basically drops right in with minor wiring modifications.
- JDM OBD2 non vtec ZC -> should basically drop right in. I have yet to see one in person, but I have seen pics.
- OBD2 B-series swap with manual tranny -> I know you said you didn't want to go manual, but i'm just outlining your options, its actually far easier to do an auto to manual swap than it is to try to make an automatic B-series work in an EK.

as far as the chasis goes you can bolt up an ls but the actual trans has a separate shift computer and unless you plan on getting the dash harness out the tegy i wouldn't attempt
