Need to know how to make the rack completely straight so I can bolt the steering column to it and how do I align the wheels?

 

As I recall, it already comes pretty straight. Just make sure you count the number of turns on the outer tie rods when removing them and then put it back together with the same number of turns. That usually keeps the alignment within spec unless it was out of alignment in the first place.

 

when you switch tie rods its best to go in for a alignment, just my 0.2 but its much easier that way.

when my friend switced racks it pretty much went stright in, so the only thing i can say is move it untill it fits and looks right.
