Im going to skip to the point, the car will misfire when idling, under hard acceleration (reving it up in the driveway) It cuts in and out (the misfire) Constantly. I have run out of ideas please try and help me out. Im at a loss. Oh and even knowing there is clearly a misfire there is no check engine light flashing or illuminated. Yes it does work, unplug random sensor light pops on.

Car: 2000 Honda Civic Si
Engine: OBD2 JDM GSR approx. 70k miles on it
ECU: OBD2 JDM & USDM (Running USDM right now) (Also, problems doesnt change with swapping out ecu at all)
Additional info: have performed the "CKF Trick" still installed

Tests Performed: Timing is on, Compression is good, Vacuum test passed, resistance check in ignition wires is good
Parts Replaced within 1-2 years: Spark Plugs, Wires, Cap, Rotor, Fuel Filter
Parts Recently installed: New Distributor, Spark Plugs, Fuel Pump, Cat Deleted test pipe installed to stop cat from getting destroyed (misfires were causing cat to spike in tempeture and glow red)

So if anyone you know has an idea, please, please help me out.

Check your plugs to see if any of them or fouled. Alot of times this can cause a misfire. Also, have you replaced the ICM?

the plugs are brand new, NGK Vpower, and with a brand new distributor comes a new coil, new ignition control module new sensors all of it. Right now there not fouled. Thanks for the post.

Just because it passed the resistance check means nothing well thanks for the info and help man i really appreciate it.

sometimes putting those fancy plugs in the honda's make them run like crap. I had this same problem with a Jeep Cherokee a while back. Then when I put the correct manufatured specified plugs in it, it ran like a top.....

I always keep a set of good plugs and wires in a box and mark them accordingly. It saves me the hassle of having to guess, plus it comes in handy. And yes that's true. If the plugs aren't the same that you can get at the dealer, 9/10 times they won't last long.

I've lost count already as to how customers have been ripped off by having tune ups done at places where they throw in champion or bosch plugs and blue/yellow plug wires and such. But it's ok, it kept me busy.
