I have a 92 civic 4dr with a JDM D15b swap....but i just bought a 96 dx shell i was wondering how hard the swap would be to switch it into the dx....i have everything mounts,wiring, etc. fromt he 4dr will i need to change anything to swap in into the dx or will it bolt in and start up??

please help me with this

 

Should mount up fine, you will probably have to change out drivers side upper motor mount. You'll want to spend some time researching the wiring. I think you will end up using an engine harness from a 96 ex an doing some modifying for the distributor etc. Then running a jumper harness for your ecu.

 

I cant just use all the stuff from the d15? like the wiring harness? and the ecu?

 

Uhh no you can't. The engine harness on the 92 4dr is totally different from the the engine harness on the 96 dx.
