Default Whats the best way to build a B16a For turbo??

As the title states i have a JDM B16a motor and i want to build it for turbo which i plan on puttin in my 1991 honda civic si

I wanna kno wats the best parts to run?? i want to have a reliable car but very fast!

wat kind of of pistons do i get if i wanna runn a 9:1 compression or should i go 8:1??

i want eagle rod cause i heard there the best but what kind do i get??

im deff goin get the block sleeved really good cause i want to be able to handle at least 30 lbs of boost

ive looked into gettin head work too i wanna port and polish my b16 head and the really good vaule springs and retainers but there so many to choose from like skunk 2, blox, crowler, etc... im just lookin for a really good reliable setup that i can run close to 10 sec if not 10's and street legal im lookin into get a stand alone system also so i can manage my boost controls so when im daily drivin im not putin more than 15 lbs of boost

the more info i get on this the better my build will be so hofully you guy can hook me up thanks honda tech!!

i dont think eagle rods are the best. imo 9:1 cp pistons and pauter rods are the best. some say carillo(sp?) rods are the best.
